Open Air Job Fair

Join the Workforce Investment Board of Southwest Missouri in partnership with the

Barton County Chamber of Commerce for our "Open Air Job Fair".

When: Monday, June 21st - 10 am to 2 pm
Where: Orscheln's Farm & Home Parking Lot
805 West 12th Street
Lamar, MO

For The Employee  
It is as easy as 1, 2, 3!! 

1. Job seekers go to www.sectorready.org/openair, find the day/employer there are interested in and then fill out an online application with the links provided by the employers.
2. After completing an online application, Job seekers should plan on visiting the employer at the OPEN AIR JOB FAIR.  Be dressed to impress and ready to be HIRED!!
3. Visit with all the local employers that are HIRING NOW.  Don’t accept the first offer you get, you could get more than one!!

For the Employer

If you have an account with Jobs.Mo.Gov and have jobs listed you can sign up for the event right now, click here.

 You MUST have a current MOJOBS account, current open job orders or willing to do so. NEW Employers are welcome to sign up, also.

To create a Mo Jobs Account click here.
Then select sign in




Once you select sign in, scroll to the bottom and select
Employer under Create User Account



Once you create your account, post your jobs, you can register for the event.
