About Us

Hi, I'm Nichole. I'm born and raised here in Missouri to a family of Realtors. My Granddad started selling Commercial Real Estate in the 80s. My mom has been a Broker since I was in High School. I ended up studying Real Estate at the #1 brokerage in MO & KS. Helping families like yours buy, sell and invest in property has been the joy of my family's career! It's a real privilege to help make dreams come true! My husband and I live in Lamar. We love traveling and we have 3 adorable fur babies. I also own an art studio in town. We were so thrilled when we bought our first home after years of restrictions from renting. I understand the weight of a decision like this carries and I'm here to empower and educate you, easing as much anxiety as possible.
