Chances are you get a lot of email over the course of a day. This deluge of electronic communication may even be the reason you avoid sending them to your customers and potential customers. There’s a lot of noise out there. If you’re not regularly communicating with your audience it’s easy to slip their mind. It doesn’t matter how much they like and trust you.
